20 kettlebell hinge swings
20 goblet kettlebell squat jumps
15 over/under kettlebell stationary lunges per leg
20 alternating kettlebell squat swings
15 kettlebell burpees
Repeat 5x
No rest between exercises
15 second rest between sets
