  • 20 alternating waves per arm

  • 25 big double waves

  • 40 battle rope jumping jacks

  • 30 salt and pepper stationary lunge hold per leg

  • 15 push-ups

  • Repeat 5x

  • No rest between exercises

  • 15 second rest between sets
