Also, you will learn about time saving meal planning and meal prep strategies that will definitely get you seeing results!
#2: Calories in & Calories out: How the combination of fitness and nutrition play an important role in maintaining good health In this session: You will learn: How Many Calories Should I Eat a Day? How Many Calories Should I Eat to Lose Weight? Plus 10 Beginner Exercises that you can do at home!
