Vacation Workout For The Lower Body

Summer is in full swing and that means weekends at the lake and enjoying the outdoors. That doesn’t mean you stop exercising, it just means you have to get a bit more creative if you don’t have any equipment available to you. Here is a great lower body workout video from Flex Fitness personal trainer Alistair Hopper, that you can do anywhere using just rubber bands and your body weight.

  • 25 band squats

  • 25 band dead lifts

  • 15 donkey kicks/leg

  • 20 side leg raises/leg

  • 20 band clams with gluten raises

  • Repeat 5x

  • No rest between exercises

  • 15 second rest between sets
