Summer is in full swing and that means weekends at the lake and enjoying the outdoors. That doesn’t mean you stop exercising, it just means you have to get a bit more creative if you don’t have any equipment available to you. 25 band squats
25 band dead lifts
15 donkey kicks/leg
20 side leg raises/leg
20 band clams with gluten raises
Repeat 5x
No rest between exercises
15 second rest between sets
