When it comes to pairing food to wine instead of the other way around, we like to keep our options yummy but healthy.

- Pinot Gris: dried apricots/pineapples/mangoes, green olives, lightly salted almonds.
- Sauvignon Blanc: cauliflower or asparagus cruditรฉs, green apples, pickled asparagus or pearl onions.

- Merlot: dried figs, dates, pickled beets, crispy bbq chickpeas, black olives w the pit.
