In this video Flex Fitness personal trainer, Alistair Hopper, demonstrates a great workout that can be done at home with zero equipment needed. The workout is fun to do with your kids to keep them active during their time off from school. This will also be great for the parents who are wanting to keep active but are always tight for time. It is very important to follow proper technique when children are exercising but to also remember to keep it fun at the same time.
A) Warm-up:
High-knees (30) Bw
Screamers (15/leg) Bw
Side to side touches (20) Bw
Bear crawl (20) Bw
Air punches (50) Bw

B) Circuit:
Drop squats (20) Bw
Push-ups (10) Bw
Plank pikes (20) Bw
Tread (.10 of a mile) AFAP or Burpees (10) Bw
