Summer is in full swing and that means weekends at the lake and enjoying the outdoors. That doesn’t mean you stop exercising, it just means you have to get a bit more creative if you don’t have any equipment available to you.   • 25 band curls

  • 25 band kickbacks

  • 20 band chest flyes

  • 20 alternating side/front band raises

  • 20 band overhead pulldowns

  • Repeat 5x

  • No rest between exercises

  • 15 second rest between sets
