Finding time in a hectic schedule is very challenging for us all but where there is a will there is most definitely a way. You don’t have to always workout at a gym to get some exercise during your busy day. Try starting with one or two body weight exercises and build from there. There are numerous ways to continue challenging yourself with simple body weight exercises or by using minimal pieces of equipment.
