What Songs Motivate You?

Most people use music to motivate themselves while exercising and to push them out of their comfort zone. The great thing about music is that it is very subjective to the individuals mood at that moment and what they are looking to get out of music for their task at hand. Here at Flex Fitness our trainers encourage their clients to request whatever music it is they want to listen to that will push them and inspire them to have a great workout. Basically there isn’t a wrong answer because we are always curious to hear the many different beats and sounds that our client base enjoy listening to. Whatever gets you training harder or keeps you moving on those those days you would rather stay in bed, we want to know!
