Protein Options for Plant Based Diets

One of the most popular eating habits lately has been a plant based approach. This has become popularized by recent articles and/or documentaries like, “The Game Changers” , that promote switching over completely to this way of eating. We encourage our clients to explore, research and make an educated decision on any dietary changes before they start it. We also recommend that they consult with their family physician and a licensed Registered Dietitian before making any significant change in their daily food intake. If and when you do make a switch to even being a 70 percent plant based dietary program, we realize that it can be hard to think of protein replacement ideas.
