Virtual Parkinson's Fitness Classes

𝐋𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞!

The benefits of exercise are vast for everyone but for people living with Parkinson’s disease, it is even more essential for living a healthy life.

Our virtual classes will focus on mobility, agility, strength and hand eye coordination exercises.

You will be pushed and given homework to do daily.

We encourage daily activity that challenges you in order to get the most benefits that will help reduce symptoms associated with PD.

The classes are 40 minutes in length.

Each participant will be required to fill out a detailed questionnaire to assess their needs and abilities.

We need a minimum of 4 participants per class. To a maximum of 12 participants per class.

Classes are $18 per class and sold in packages of 4 at a time.

Classes will be Tuesdays and Saturdays at noon, with a four week commitment from each person.

Our classes will operate through zoom and require participants to have their video on so technique can be corrected accordingly.
