Late night snacking is one of the top reasons people go over the calories needed for the day. Often the snacks they are having are also high in sugars and processed foods. This can lead to a steady weight gain when mixed with a more sedentary lifestyle. If you simply cut-out late night snacking, you will improve your weight loss success by more than 50%, guaranteed!

Now don’t take this as you can’t ever have a late night snack. Just limit the times it happens in a week and when you do have a snack, try to make healthier choices. Choose high protein, high fibre and non processed foods.
