Injuries are unfortunately a part of being a consistent exercise enthusiast. If you focus on proper technique, rest, and listen to your body, most injuries can be avoided or at the very least be reduced so that you can work around them. The old saying of one ignored injury leads to the next injury, is very true and should not be understated. We believe that over 80% of injuries can be avoided all together by following these simple tips.
