There is an abundance of fitness and health information online these days, so much so that it becomes difficult to navigate very quickly. Our advice is to look at what your individual needs are and talk to your physician before starting any new dietary changes and exercise. We are all individuals so it isn’t a one size fits all approach.
During the pandemic we saw the fitness landscape change over night. In-home gym equipment sales sky rocketed, online classes and zoom workouts become the norm by necessity. It was easy too think, “is this how it will be forever?” Now that we are on the other side of the pandemic, things have come back to in-person but the following changes have stuck and won’t be going anywhere anytime soon.
💪 Virtual options to increase the likelihood of not missing your workout, if your schedule is hectic one week or you are out of town.
