These are four words, when put together, you can hear golfers everywhere cursing and stomping their feet.
Try turning a negative into a positive by working on the areas of your game that are weak.
Often those areas are overall strength, fitness and flexibility. In this video Flex Fitness personal trainer, Alistair Hopper, demonstrates some great stretches and an exercise for golfers.
You can do them several times a week and your game will benefit from a better range of motion in your swing.
