What is Your Fitness Why?

When starting any fitness routine, the biggest part of getting moving is to have a motivation and one that will keep you going. That is harder said than done and takes a true look at your inner thoughts. This can be an emotional process to find the why that makes you cry, but it will prove to be the key to unlocking your continued success.

Here are some tips on why its important to go through this process:

💪 Write out things that you have tried in the past but didn’t work.

💪 Think of all the reasons you are unhappy with your health currently and how it makes you feel to struggle.

💪 Once you have that list, choose a focus that will keep you motivated (family, quality of life, improved self-esteem etc).

💪 Don’t allow others to bring you down, surround yourself with like minded people and those that lift you up by supporting your goals.
