When you have someone or something helping to keep you accountable to your workouts, food intake and overall healthy choices, then consistency is established and that is what gets you results over the long-term. Here are our top tips to help keep you accountable.
💪 Hire a personal trainer that will motivate you daily to stay on track with your fitness, mental health, social health and dietary goals.
💪 Find a friend or your partner to help keep you accountable on a weekly basis.
💪 Use an app, a day planner etc to map out your goals and set timelines to achieve them.
💪 Use a food tracking app to log your daily food intake.
💪 Partake in monthly fitness challenges to keep you focused and working towards a goal with a definitive date.
💪 Take part in the community vibe at your gym, Facebook groups and in your neighbourhood that will motivate you and also meet like minded people.
💪 Use heart rate monitors, fit bits etc to set goals and reminders to be active on a daily basis.
