Two Days Until Our Fitness Challenge On December 7th
Come join us for some fun and healthy competition on Saturday December 7th at Flex Fitness. Our qualified personal trainers have designed 6 different fitness challenges that will incorporate cardiovascular, strength, agility and core exercises. The event will give participants a chance to meet other like minded individuals and compete in a healthy environment. It will also be a great vehicle to bring awareness to a worthy cause and help raise donations for Epidermylosis Bullosa. Flex Fitness will donate $5 per participant to EB Awareness Canada and encourage you to come with your friends to participate in our Fitness Challenge. The challenge will take place at 1750 Sargent Avenue inside Flex Fitness gym, from 11am to 1pm. There will be prizes for everyone that participates and several grand prizes for everyone to enter their name in. The fitness challenge is free to partake in.
Below is the list of challenges we will be putting participants through at the fitness challenge.
1- As many burpee’s as possible in 7 minutes.
2- Wall sit for as long as possible with a 30 lbs slam ball on your legs.
3- 250 m rower sprint as fast as possible.
4- 5 ball slams, 8 push-ups and 15 drop squats (as many rounds as possible in 10 mins)
5- Max plank hold (as long as possible) and in/out agility drill with hoops (as many reps as possible in 1 minute)
6- 300/arm alternating waves with battle rope (as fast as possible)
