Barbell Workout Blast!

Here is a great workout from Flex Fitness personal trainer, Alistair Hopper, that only requires a barbell to get the results you are looking for. This workout will challenge you and hit every muscle group to maximize your time needed to workout. The barbell is a great piece of equipment that will force you to engage your core and balance the bar in the various positions of the exercises. When using a barbell you must be very careful with technique and safety.

  • 25 deep squat thrusters

  • 25 bent over rows

  • 25 curls

  • 30 landmine squat press’s

  • 20 rollouts

  • Repeat 4x
