💪 Listen to your body and it’s needs. This will allow you to intuitively eat and remain satisfied instead it stuffed or starving.
💪 You have energy to power your workouts and daily tasks.
💪 Your hair is healthy and shiny.
💪 Minor cuts heal quickly.
💪 Your mood is balanced.
💪 Your daily bowel movements are regular and solid.
💪 You don’t get sick often, and when you do you recover quickly.
💪 No random bruising on your body.
