You should exercise with focus on full body workouts so that when you do shovel, injuries are prevented.

๐ชUse your legs and transfer that energy up through your core, into your shoulders.
๐ชFocus on breathing (exhale when lifting the snow).
๐ชTake breaks when needed.
๐ชWear proper footwear, jacket, hat and gloves.
๐ชDrink water before, during and after.
๐ชStretch each muscle group after you shovel (30 second hold per stretch).
๐ชDonโt be a hero, ask for help if you need it.
