Awesome Legs/Chest/Triceps Workout!
In this video Flex Fitness personal trainer, Alistair Hopper, demonstrates a great workout designed by personal trainer Ryan Stewart. This workout will demand a lot from your big and small muscle groups. The biggest thing to be aware of is to choose a weight that challenges you but won’t sacrifice using proper technique. Be sure to take rest breaks of 1 to 2 mins between sets, so that you are ready to perform the following set safely.
