I truly believe that many of our daily problems can be solved with exercise. Anxiety, stress, depression, low self esteem, low energy, etc., they all will improve if you go for a workout or maybe just a short run, isn’t that amazing? When I discovered this I immediately fell in love with health and exercise.

I never imagined that getting into fitness would make me so happy and that would give me the chance of helping so many people. When I’m with my clients I am not just a trainer, I like to see myself as a motivator, confident, psychologist, nutrition advisor and even a safe place if you need one.  I enjoy working with different people with different fitness levels and goals.

I enjoy very much outdoor activities like hiking and trail running, and one of our family goals is to always stay related to physicial activities that will give the best example of a healthy and active lifestyle to our 3 year old son.
