Flex Fitness is excited to host an informative morning seminar that looks at healthy eating strategies for you at home, work and in your leisure time. Learn how to boost your energy and maximize your metabolism with balanced eating, meal timing, and physical activity.
Participants will be provided with practical tools and ideas for optimal health and to customize their own nutritional goals.
Topics to be discussed include:
– healthy eating practices
– label reading
– restaurant choices
– fad diets

Presenter: Kathleen McClinton, who is a Registered Dietitian and a nutrition instructor at the University of Manitoba. She also works one-on-one with clients on their nutritional goals at Corydon Physiotherapy & Massage Clinic. Passionate about cooking and nutrition, Kathleen’s love for food and wellness extends far beyond her work.
Price includes complimentary 45 minute fitness class.
