In this level you will be challenged to surpass your current fitness abilities, achieving your ultimate Rock Star goals. You will require a strong understanding of proper exercise technique, focused mindset and a very consistent routine already set in place. There will be compound exercises and supersets of the same muscle group to thrust your muscles beyond their accustomed capacity – fantastic within safe parameters which is why you are required to have a strong understanding of proper exercise technique and commitment to a consistent routine.
