Flex Fitness In-Gym Training
Located centrally near Polo Park, the Flex gym delivers a bright & naturally illuminated workout space and provides a wide variety of workout equipment. Our environment is dynamic and energetic, complimented by Wi-Fi, satellite TV, free towel service, filtered water, & other amenities.
Flex Fitness’ trainers are welcoming, motivated and supportive as you adapt to your individual program and fitness routines. Bonus! There is an on-premise saltwater swimming pool, Jacuzzi style hot tub, private shower and change room area.
Training with Flex allows you free use and access to all equipment you’ll need both on your own and in live training sessions.

FREE WEIGHTS
Our Gym has a wide range of free weights from dumb bells, barbells, plates, to simply exercise bands, wobble boards, Bosu balls and a TRX Suspension trainer. As for structural equipment, we offer a commercial Squat Rack, fully adjustable Bench Press, Preacher Bench and an incline/flat/decline bench.
RESISTANCE MACHINES
Cable and pulley operated weight resistance machines. These include a fully adjustable Cable Crossover, Seated Row and Lat. Pull down Cable Machine, Plate Loaded Leg Press, Universal Gym Pec Dec and Leg Extension machine.
