Will I get as good of a workout at home as I would in a gym?
Absolutely. Your Flex Fitness trainer can recreate virtually any exercise you do in the gym. In fact, you’ll probably find our workouts to be more challenging, effective and fun than any gym workout you’ve ever experienced.
How much space do I need to clear prior to my workout?
Living room space will be plenty of room! You’ll be surprised at how creative your Flex Fitness trainer can be at making the most out of what they have to work with.
How long do sessions last?
Each session lasts between 55-60 minutes.
What types of trainers are available to me?
Flex Fitness Trainers hold multiple certifications and have broad expertise, strength training, toning and definition, core and balance, pre/post-natal, cardiovascular and running training, boxing, senior-focused training and injury rehab. Whatever goal or situation you have, we’ll match you with the perfect certified expert.
Can I train with a partner or friends?
Yes! There is a special rate for partner training (two people). You can save money and still receive a focused, customized workout. Instead of paying double the rate for training you both only pay 50% more on the regular rate.
Do I need a room full of equipment to add to what I have?
No! The best thing about Flex bringing fitness to your home is that we try to utilize your existing in home equipment and recommend a few important items that will bring versatility and challenge to each workout.
