Mini Fitness Challenge #1

Flex Fitness is excited to introduce our Mini Fitness Challenge series, where our amazing personal trainers will design individual fitness challenges bi-weekly that current clients, past clients or non clients can participate in. The top three winners will each get $5 in Flex Bucks that they can use towards our services. The first challenge is how many push-ups you can do from your knees or toes in one minute.

Below are the rules for the challenges and we will announce the winners in two weeks when the next challenge is posted.

  • Each participant must submit video proof of them completing the challenge in order to qualify. You can email, txt or DM us on social media to submit your video. Contact us for more information on the email address and cell number you can use to send the video through.

  • You must go all the way to ground so that your nose touches the floor for each rep to count while doing the push-ups.

  • Your hands must be no wider than shoulder width apart and feet must be hip width apart.

  • One submission per person for each challenge.

  • Must be submitted prior to the next challenge being posted.
