Free Bootcamp!
In this article you will learn about our free bootcamp and the benefits of exercising outdoors.
We are excited to offer a FREE bootcamp once a month throughout the summer months. These workouts will combine body weight, core, strength, cardiovascular, mobility and flexibility exercises to ensure you get the best results possible. All you need is to bring a mat and your water, plus the will to succeed.
Location: Assiniboine park (by the duck pond).
Time: 830 to 915am
Cost: Free
Dates: May 18th, June 15th, August 24th and September 21st
All fitness levels and we can adjust exercises for injuries you may have.
