We all experience things in life that prevent us from having the time or motivation to exercise regularly. Everything from sick kids, busy kids school and activities schedules, work commitments etc. These are all things that many people struggle but very few make the decision to find a routine that works. You may think that keeping in shape takes two hours a day in the gym and eating perfect all the time. Exercise comes in many forms and if you can get 30 minutes of exercise in 5-6 days a week, you will improve your health immensely.
Start looking at life as an 80/20% split of making healthy choices vs unhealthy choices.
Follow these tips to get back on track and stay there!
💪 Sit-down and write out your long-term and short term goals in detail.
💪 Find someone to keep you accountable and motivated (friend, partner, personal trainer).
💪 Keep the following phrase in your thoughts when you are thinking of not following through on your fitness program. “The only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen”.
