Vacation Workout Tips

Vacations are a time to relax, unplug, recharge and make memories with those we love. The overwhelming majority of people don’t want to be going to a gym during their vacation. Usually because there isn’t enough time, accessibility and most often a lack of motivation.

We can sit here and talk about setting goals, booking appointments etc, but to maximize your time to enjoy your vacation we have come up with some simple tips to keep you on goal.

💪 Don’t over think it, keep things simple!

💪 Find activities like hiking, bike riding, climbing etc that you can do while seeing the sites.

💪 Avoid driving everywhere, use local transit systems where you need to walk more and burn calories while seeing more of the city you are in.

💪 Find an accountability partner so you can motivate each other to get daily exercise in.

💪 Take 15 minutes each day to do some stretching and mobility exercises. This will help reduce injuries and keep you loose from long travel days in planes, trains and automobiles.
