💪 Learn proper technique so that as you continue to get stronger and increase the load, you will avoid injuries.
💪 Do a proper dynamic warm-up so that your joints and muscles are prepared to be loaded accordingly.
💪 Do some static stretching at the end of your workout, to avoid your muscles tightening up too much and therefore increasing the likelihood of chronic in juries.
💪 Drink water before, during and after your workout top stay hydrated and reduce cramps or pulled muscles.
💪 Be sure to get 8 hours of rest everyday, so your body recovers properly, gets stronger and is ready for the next workout.
💪 Incorporate mobility exercises into your routine on a regular basis, so your joints stay flexible and strong.
