Our main objective when helping clients achieve fat loss is to instill healthy habits that are realistic and can be done on a consistent basis. Sone times those changes allow for fat loss quickly but often it is more of a gradual process. This can be seen as frustrating for those looking to get results asap but the benefit of a gradual process is that we limit muscle loss, maximize true fat loss and also create healthy habits that stick with us for years to come instead of falling off our routine a month after it started.
