My philosophy when it comes to fitness is that it’s not just about the physical body. I like to consider the physical as one part of the synergistic relationship between the mind, body and the soul. Therefore, I consider a holistic approach to one’s physical goals, one that encourages to find balance between all the elements of wellness.

Additionally, being a competitor myself, I have pushed myself to extremes both mentally and physically which I hope to encourage within my clients as well.
