Here is an outline of what to expect each day:
Day 1: Getting started fitness tips video.
Day 2: Chest and Leg workout video.
Day 3: Ab challenge workout.
Day 4: Biceps and Triceps workout video.
Day 5: 25 minute cardiovascular workout video.
*Be sure to tune every night at 9pm CST for our live cool down and hang out session, where you can ask me anything about fitness or the challenge.

Hello, my name is Alistair Hopper and i am the owner/operator of Flex Fitness personal training. My passion is to motivate and educate people on how to achieve their health and fitness goals. I have been working in this industry for over 23 years now and i truly believe that if you put your mind to it, anything can be accomplished!
