How Much is In-Home Training?
Putting a price tag on your fitness is a tough thing to do. We have found that the best results are achieved when a person consistently works out at home two sessions a week. With dedication a healthier you will start to emerge within six weeks.

- Onsite one-on-one trainer
- 4 Weeks (two – 1 hour sessions/week) $650
- 12 Weeks (two – 1 hour sessions /week) $1,800
- 18 Weeks (two – 1 hour sessions /week) $2,600
The More the Merrier
Flex In-home training is also pleased to offer Partner Training. By including a friend in each of your workouts sessions you can save money and still receive a focused, customized workout. Instead of paying double the rate for training you both only pay 50% more on the regular rate.
Flex Fitness will also pair you up with someone in your area if you would like the option to workout with someone else.
