Online Workout Programs
Whether you are a seasoned regular in the gym looking for some new exercise ideas or you are a beginner and not sure what to do in the gym, Flex Fitness personal training will design online workout programs that work for you. We will meet with you for a free fitness and healthy eating consultation to determine what your specific need and wants are. Once we have gotten all the information we will design online workout programs that can be changed and adapted every four weeks. If you are training towards a long-term fitness goal we can work on all the components involved then periodize a program so you peak at the desired time. Each month we will also do a fitness assessment to help gauge the improvements you have made and perhaps determine some changes needed to be made to your online workout program. You will get your body fat percentage measured as well as a few strength tests. We can also add or remove strength tests depending on your goals and/or injuries. Your trainer will also ask you to send a daily food diary for the first couple of weeks to help better understand your eating habits. The trainer will then make some changes to your eating habits and the degree of changes are directly related to how healthy your food diary is. We also have a couple of highly qualified registered dieticians that are able to design detailed healthy meal plans to help you stay focused on your eating habits.
